IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU PROCEED
1. Applicants are to submit their loan applications through this portal.
2. Applicants must meet the following conditions:

Be existing clients of the Bank with an active banking relationship for at least three (3) years.

Be Commercial or Corporate Entities with Minimum of five (5) years in continuous business operations, showcasing a proven track record of sound financial and operational management.

Be a bona fide farmer actively engaged in agricultural production and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in continuous operation for a minimum of three (3) years.
3. You will be required to upload the following supporting documents which are as follows:
- Completed Credit Information Reporting Agency (CIRA) Consent Form. Please click on the link to download the CIRA Consent Form (Attached). CIRA Consent Form
- Bank Statement for last 6 months
- Declaration of external debts – provision of latest loan statement
- Audited financial statement for last 3 years (if applicable)
- Projected cash flow (if applicable)
- Business plan and MoA assessment of viability of proposal (if applicable)
- Farming Experience: applicant must demonstrate farming experience appropriate to project proposed.
- Past Production: evidence of farm production for past 3 years.
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Valid FNPF Compliance
- Valid Business Registration Certificate.
- Right of Land Use & Building - copy of registered title, current lease or approval notice over land to be used by proposed projects, Tenancy Agreement.
- Valid valuation report for landed securities from Bank’s Panel of valuers
- Any other notable requirement in line with loan request such as Company’s Board Resolution on this funding.
4. Do ensure that you have satisfied and completed all regulatory conditions of business registration.
5. Based on the project type and depending on the loan purpose, additional documents can be required.
6. Your loan decision will be relayed to you depending on complete submission of your supporting documents.
Note: : Submission of online application does not mean automatic approval as your application will be assessed as per our policy guideline. The Bank will acknowledge approval of an application, through the issue of a Loan Offer Letter.
7. You will not be able to save this form; therefore, you will be provided with a reference number after you have successfully submitted your online application. This reference number is to be used for follow up on your application.
Note: : Do ensure you provide your correct email address in the application form. Email address is mandatory as the bank statements will be sent via emails.
